Zumba Party at California Fitness
12th Apr 2008 - Sat,On this day, California Fitness Center launched Zumba Fitness at Sunway Pyramid from 2pm - 3:30pm. I registered and went for the launching to have a look. Before the section starts, people are decorating up the studio like a party function with ribbons, balloon and drum set. They have expected like 70 people max to be fit in this " party " and eventually really a lot people show up which i though will have only like 40-50 people participating. Some people even dress up very colorfully and put up make-up, even Deno put on make up ... lol
We really had a great fun in this Zumba class and all of us do felt it like a rave party. The first 15minutes I already very tired and exhausted cause before the class starts I try off a new machine that I saw; I burned 80 calories from it. The whole 1 and half hour section we didn't really have a break as usual which let us rest and drink. The music continue non stop from beginning until the end. I did really enjoy the fun, the heat, the music, the sweat .... etc in this section which really amazing and I felt lucky which I didn't skip the class which I wanted too earlier before leaving the house. If I did, I really will regret it !!
What is Zumba Fitness ? I can't find any video clips from you tube about the party we attended. But I do found another introduction of Zumba Fitness which what we had in the fun.
